Ekonomikas ministrs pasniedz apbalvojumu

On December 12, Minister of Economics Viktors Valainis presented a Cabinet of Ministers’ Certificate of Recognition to Aigars Rostovskis, President of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LTRK), expressing gratitude for his contributions over more than ten years to the development of the business environment and the strengthening of Latvia’s economic growth.

As LTRK President, Aigars Rostovskis has been one of the most prominent advocates and promoters of the business environment in Latvia. His work has significantly facilitated dialogue between entrepreneurs and the public administration, increased public understanding of economic processes, and ensured the Chamber’s stable and professional development.

The Certificate of Recognition is an expression of gratitude for his many years of purposeful and essential work for the development of the country," emphasized Minister of Economics Viktors Valainis.

During his tenure as LTRK President, Aigars Rostovskis has implemented numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing business competitiveness, strengthening export capacity, improving the tax environment, and reforming the quality of education. He has actively fostered international cooperation, representing Latvian entrepreneurs at the European and global levels, and has contributed to the development of significant policy documents and strategies.
